Sarah McNamee
LCSW, IMH-E®
Hi all…how are you? My name is Sarah McNamee and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, endorsed as an Infant Mental Health Clinical Mentor, and I also hold an MBA. I am a mom to three incredible boys (ages 15, almost 12, and 9) who have challenged me, stretched me, brought me great joy, and taught me more than I ever imagined…and they truly are some of my favorite humans. I also share life with an amazing, highly sensitive, beautiful dog, Lola.
I’ve worked in the field of parental, infancy, and early childhood mental health for nearly 20 years, spending much of this time in Early Intervention and leading teams of SE/DI professionals. My areas of passion and specialization include working with premature and medically fragile infants; children with challenging behaviors, highly sensitive and neurodivergent children (and their parents); sleep challenges; and supporting caregiver-child relationships. I love to facilitate training/learning opportunities and reflective consultation spaces, as well as providing ongoing consultation to teams and leaders. I am excited to return to working more directly with families for a bit…taking the time to reground myself in my roots and slow things down. And, I am honored to be joining this team. I look forward to having the opportunity to co-create some cool things together, whenever and however it feels right.
