Hi! I'm Jamie Bane and I recently joined the Talking Together team and could not be more thrilled about this new opportunity!

I am a Colorado native and have been living in the Denver metro area for 20 years.
When I am not working you can find me in the garden, cooking or baking, or hanging out with my family (husband and 2 kids) and our 2 spoiled cats.  I enjoy reading and seeing live music and find joy in supporting local community events like farmers markets, yoga in the park or enjoying a DU hockey game. 

During my undergraduate studies, I completed an internship working directly with children with disabilities and it was that experience would later shape my entire career path.  Since that time,  I have worked as a paraprofessional, a direct care provider, and as an Early Intervention Service coordinator. It was this last experience where I found a more specific passion in child development. In 2023,  I earned a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education from the University of Denver.  Since graduating, I have been working as an itinerant ECSE supporting students in DPS preschool programs. I enjoy what I do with the school district and I am excited for the opportunity to use my skills to collaborate and support families in their home.
